You are solely responsible for verifying all facts, names, pronunciations, and legal compliance before broadcast or publication.
You retain all rights to the scripts and text that you submit to Howard. Submitting content to Howard does not transfer ownership of your material to us.
Scripts and other text you submit are processed solely for the purpose of generating pronunciations and editorial suggestions. We do not intentionally store your full script content after processing.
Howard may use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate suggestions. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data to train their models under their enterprise terms.
Howard offers both free and paid tiers. Free users have limited daily usage and may see third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. Paid subscribers receive additional features and an ad-free experience. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or ad placements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
You agree not to use Howard for illegal, defamatory, or malicious purposes, or to overload or interfere with the service.
Howard is provided “as is.” Conflenti Media LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conflenti Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Howard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
